Allowed — medically necessary liquids/aerosols are exempt from 3-1-1 in reasonable quantities. Declare it at screening; labeling is recommended, not required.

Checked bag yes

Allowed, but keep it in the cabin — you want it reachable, and TSA recommends the same.

Liquids, gels and aerosols in carry-on follow the TSA 3-1-1 rule. The final decision always rests with the TSA officer at the checkpoint.
