Every verdict in the table is TSA's answer for that item at a US checkpoint, copied from that item's own entry and dated. Two limits cut across the whole list and belong to a different authority, so they are worth knowing before you read a single row:

The verdicts themselves come from TSA — What Can I Bring?, item by item, each with the date we last read it. TSA's own caveat applies to every row: the final decision rests with the officer at the checkpoint.
